Mexican Fiesta in Hartland

They were what I consider pretty good. An enjoyable meal. They have change somthing.

Fantastic tasting food, very reasonable in cost. Good portion sizes. Interior is clean and nice decor. A separate bar area is available. Good beer specials offered throughout the week. Friendly staff. Our waiter Emily was the best. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. I will certainty return whenever in the area. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed

We ordered takeout. The nacho cheese appetizer is definitely not queso dip. It's Velveeta with canned jalapeno rings mixed in and it slowly reverts back to its block form as it cools. They do give you a huge bag chips if you order a large, but not worth the money. My kids liked the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken appeared to be breaded from scratch. My wife said her taco burrito and enchilada were good. My chimichanga was tasty but they pile all the toppings on so it gets soggy before you can eat, the toppings should be on the side.

4 stars because there salsa wasnt the best. But the food was great! I had the chicken and shrimp tacos and they were full of flavor. 👌🏼

Every other Mexican restaurant to me doesn't taste like authentic Mexican food like Mexican fiesta does. I love it

10 out of a 10. The most consistently good Mexican restaurant ever. Been my place for 15 years.

We used to go here all the time but will never return. Yes the food is good but we took carry out once and they forgot the guacamole. No big deal right? So I called and I spoke to someone and they said well next time you come back we'll give you some and I said no I would like a refund now so the employee said I'll have to get a manager for that. Manager gets on the phone I had to repeat what the problem was and she said oh I'm not allowed to give partial refund on a credit card. That's ridiculous! so basically they charged me for something they didn't give me. It just made me really mad. It's so disappointing because we really used to like to go there. It's just unacceptable and unprofessional.

The food was good, a bit greasy. Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive.

I always go to this place..was my favorite I came from out of town just to get a chimichanga until today they brought me something with fried yellow cheese on it I said this is not right they claim they never had white sauce? I'm like I was just here for my birthday a month ago and ordered the same thing and it had white sauce kept telling there. Was no way I know I'm not loosing my mind plus our waitress was very rude and the manager was no help so I will not be back..this really upsets me cause I look forward to my birthday dinner

Their food is really good. They definitely have their own flavors, and they're definitely not authentic Mexican. My one complaint is that their salsa is super watery. You get a big basket of hot chips and salsa that is so watery you cannot scoop it. The flavor of the salsa is ok, but the consistency is terrible. Won't stop me from coming back, because they're free chips and salsa, but... Like I said, it's my only complaint. I love almost everything on the menu, but if you're looking for something different to try, get the stuffed peppers. So good, especially on a cold day.Prices good, service is always good, food is always great. Would be 5 stars if the Guacamole was a little cheaper ($6 for 2 oz?), and the salsa had a better consistency.

Delicious food, reasonable price. I wish you got chips and salsa with a carry out order, considering if you dine in, they get put on your table as soon as you sit down, for free.

Great food consistently. I was thrilled when they opened in hartland because I was a customer of the original mexican fiesta since 1981! I moved to livingston county and had to go back if I wanted my favorite mexican. Now I can go around the corner!😁

The food wasn't bad, but we all got sick after eating there. Not sure if it was the food or just something going around.I'd like to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but it's gonna be hard to convince the wife to try it again for a while.

Good food worth the effort. Not a fan at all of the watery, runny salsa for the chips. Everything else was good!

Drove 1 hour because website said open until 9pm. We got there at 10 mins to eight and she said the kitchen closed.

I had the amazing chicken and cheese enchiladas. It was my first time but my friends have tried it a few times and always been pleased.

Love the burritos, clean place, friendly service and very reasonable prices.

Food was great. No issues there. Had a problem with the owner's daughter however. My wife had ordered a margarita. Our daughter was with us. She is 21. She has a photo of her ID but didn't have the physical license with her (she had lost her wallet 3 days prior). She had a sip of the drink only to have whoever this girl is come over and take the drink away. We are her parents and can vouch for her. She was a little rude about it as well. If that's the case then ID everyone that walks in the place. Returning here was gonna happen but now rethinking that decision.

I call to place an order for pick up. I was placed on hold immediately without even a hello. Someone answered the phone and then asked for my 1st name and the 1st initial of my last name. In the middle of my response the person interrupted me and said hold on and put me on hold. A few minutes goes by and the person answers the phone giggling, advises me that I have called Mexican fiesta, and then says hold please and put me back on hold. The time before this I ordered food and was waiting 15 minutes longer than I should have because they put the wrong name on my order I don't know how you get Christina out of Melinda.

So apparently curbside pick up is an inconvenience to the staff amid the cocid19 epidemic....ordered at 5:35, they said 25 mins. Went to get it at 6:00pm. Called like they said to. The girl there said “ were super busy, we’ll bring it out when we can” 6:42 to be exact. When I called to complain, they said it must have been a communication error”!! I was trying to support local business, but this will be the last time we dine here!

Affordable and delicious Mexican food . Botanas and Mexican stuffed peppers are my absolute favorites. My boys love their burrito bowls.

the food is alright, 6/10 on a good day. but the queso is yuck. this is the biggest failing. yellow queso is out, white queso is in. check yourself.

This is my go-to Mexican place! I typically order the Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla with a side of rice and it always tastes great. The chips are Salsa never disappoint either, always warm and fresh. Not to mention the employees are always friendly and attentive!

All was great until I found a 5 inch thick black hair in my tamale . Please wear hair nets in the futire!

Love their chips. Thin type and tastes was great.Although I enjoyed salsa, I was not a fan of the how they bring salsa out in the little maple syrup containers. Chunks clogged up and had to take top off. Service was alright, friendly. Food came out pretty quick. We were there at 4pm though and only a handful of people. Left at 5:15pm and it was busy by then. Food was good! Place was decked out with a ton of Halloween decorations. I will definitely keep visiting. Love Mexican food.
